DIGI BOOKING retains the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email at least 30 days prior to their effective date, where possible, and the updated version will be posted on our website.
By creating an account or utilizing any services offered by DIGI BOOKING (collectively, "the Services"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by all the provisions outlined in this document.
Client: Any individual or entity using the Services.
Services: All online booking functionalities for travel, hotels, tours, transport, and related offerings.
Account: The user's personal portal for managing bookings and data.
Content: Any information, photos, reviews, or documents submitted by the Client.
We provide customer support to address inquiries related to bookings and platform usage. Clients can reach out through our dedicated contact form or ticketing system for assistance with technical issues, booking completion, or general information about our offerings.
Registration requires accurate and current personal details. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registrant. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities conducted under their login credentials. Any suspicious account activity must be reported to DIGI BOOKING immediately.
All website content, including text, logos, imagery, and source code, is the protected intellectual property of DIGI BOOKING or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any materials is prohibited. No ownership rights to the platform or Services are transferred to the Client.
Services are provided at the rates displayed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include CIB/ Edahabia card and other online payment solutions featured on the site.
Cancellations & Refunds: Governed by the specific policy of the booked product or service.
Payment Issues: Failure to pay may result in Service suspension and potential penalties as permitted by Algerian law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for securing necessary consents when submitting third-party data. DIGI BOOKING may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.
The Client agrees to:
Provide truthful and reliable information.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing intellectual property and data protection.
Refrain from using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Free or non-committal paid accounts renew automatically on a monthly basis. The Client may cancel their account at any time, subject to applicable refund policies. DIGI BOOKING reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for fraudulent or illegal activities.
While DIGI BOOKING strives to provide reliable Services, we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific Service in question.
DIGI BOOKING shall not be held liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other technical failures.
The Client may not transfer their account or associated rights without our prior written consent. DIGI BOOKING may employ subcontractors to deliver its Services while retaining overall responsibility for their performance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
